Your personalized session begins with a brief consultation to understand where you are on your journey and what you're seeking support with. From there, we’ll explore your experience, refine your intentions, and offer tools for embodiment and integration. Includes grounding practices, guided inquiry, and intuitive support.

This multi-session package is designed to support you through a full microdosing journey or a period of intentional inner work. Together, we’ll track your progress, explore insights as they unfold, and anchor your experiences into daily life. Includes personalized resources between sessions to help you stay grounded, inspired, and aligned throughout your process.
