Welcome & Intention SettingGather in a circle to open the day with grounding breathwork, a short meditation, and intention sharing.
Gentle Movement & BreathworkEngage in light yoga or stretching to awaken the body, followed by breathwork to activate presence and inner flow.
Nature Immersion / Forest BathingSpend quiet, mindful time in nature to connect with the land, awaken the senses, and cultivate stillness.
Sacred Journey / Deep Inner WorkEnter a guided plant medicine session in a held, supportive space for emotional healing and insight with additional Reiki Energy Healing.
Integration & Creative ReflectionAfter the journey, rest and reflect through journaling, drawing, or quiet time. Optional 1:1 support available.
